Data We Process:Your name, organization, phone number, email address and message in the quote form; information sent to us by email, phone or WhatsApp; and technical connection records that may be generated when you visit the site.

Purposes and Legal Bases:To receive and answer inquiries, prepare quotes and communicate about services, processing may rely on the necessity to enter into or perform a contract (Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK) or legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5/2(f)), depending on the request. Collection and Disclosure:We receive data electronically through the web form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, if you choose to use it. Information submitted through the form may be transferred to Formspree for technical delivery and processing, and to authorized public authorities where required by law. WhatsApp's own data practices apply when you contact us there.

Retention:Information is retained only for the time needed to resolve the inquiry and meet relevant legal obligations, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized as required by applicable law.
